Founded in memory of local heroes from WWI, Post 165 has a proud tradition of supporting veterans and community through decades of service and fundraising.
Run by veterans for veterans and the community, Post 165 welcomes all honorably discharged veterans to join us. Support our mission through volunteering and community involvement.
Honor local veterans, past and present, through our Honor Banner Program. If you're from HTC District, learn how to recognize loved ones' service.
In 2026, we aim to deepen community ties and support more veterans. Stay updated on our initiatives. Volunteers are welcome.

Welcome to your Hometown American Legion. We want you, the full time employed family man and woman who can only spare an hour once in a while. Call us and chat or drop us about the possibilities. You've served your country with honor, now is your time to serve your community and fellow military brothers and sisters.
